I should really bite the bullet in terms of La Belle Noiseuse’s length and finally see it. The only thing that’s keeping me is the running time. I also want to see We Own the Night.

It is a daunting task, but well worth it. There is actually an intermission 2 hours or so in, and I had a break between that and the remaining 90 odd minutes, which may also be a more appealing prospect for you.

The quality of ‘We Own the Night’ was a pleasant surprise after hearing very little positive word of mouth outside of its Cannes reception.
